We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Unreachable contact numbers
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
COURIER & DELIVERY ISSUES

- Transport or logistics issues beyond our control
If courier-related delivery issues occur, we may arrange:

RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
If an order is returned to us due to customer-related delivery failure, refusal, or unavailability, applicable:
- Shipping charges
- Return shipping (RTO) charges
- Packaging charges
- Operational and handling charges
may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.
