RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SICK7, every product is carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Valid proof is provided for verification

All requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

Customers are strongly advised to record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the sealed package
  • Clearly show the shipping label and outer packaging
  • Continue without cuts or edits until the product is fully visible

Claims related to:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect items
  • Packaging issues

may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund without sufficient proof or unboxing evidence.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor expectation differences
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order

FAILED DELIVERY & RTO POLICY

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept the order
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Incorrect address information
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner (RTO – Return to Origin).

In such cases, applicable:

  • Shipping charges
  • Return shipping (RTO) charges
  • Packaging charges
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Operational and handling charges

may be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification.

Shipping, operational, and payment processing charges are non-refundable.

SICK7 reserves the right to reject any claim that is:

  • Incomplete
  • Unverifiable
  • Fraudulent
  • Abusive
  • Misleading
  • Suspicious
  • Or not compliant with this policy
